Once in a while you should open your computer case and suck all the dust out of it.
Some computers need to be cleaned more often than others but cleaning it once a year is a standard rule of thumb for normal house environment. Dust can be very harmful to electronic parts and may even stop them from working completely.
The owner of this PC had problems with his internet connection going in and out.
